The facility needs for group breathwork is similar to a meditation class, the main consideration is room for participants to sit or lay down.
I offer a range of classes, from beginner to advanced, as well as specialized topics in Prenatal and Fertility Breathwork. Beginner classes are suitable for those managing chronic health conditions with clearance from their medical care provider, and advanced classes are for those with previous experience or a moderate level of fitness and in good health.

I'm Tristin, a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner, certified nutritionist, holistic doula, pregnancy & birth consultant, certified breathwork facilitator, and guide for living an inspired life.
I came to breathwork originally through my studies of Qi Gong while in school for Chinese medicine, and used these techniques to support a range of conditions for many years. In 2021, I was introduced to the larger world of breathwork techniques and found so much benefit from these transformational practices that I immersed myself in learning a range of techniques to bring to my clients.
After working one-on-one with clients and hosting virtual breathwork classes, I am excited to bring my work to in-person groups for those who are looking to connect with themselves more intimately and take a pause from the everyday hustle we all need so we can reconnect with what matters most in our life.
