This workshop aims to provide holistic support for individuals on their conception journey, whether pursuing natural methods or assisted fertility treatments. We will explore gentle movement and conscious breathing techniques to enhance relaxation, support circulation to the reproductive system and restore natural balance to reproductive hormones.
These practices may also support other important physiologic processes that impact fertility like circulation, sleep quality, and menstrual cycle regularity. Through active practice, this workshop aims to bring peace and harmony to your body, mind and spirit.
No experience necessary, all levels are welcome. Practices included in this workshop are safe for all stages of the fertility and pregnancy journey.

This online, on-demand guided workshop will offer breathwork practices, info sessions, and guided breathwork journeys to help you restore healthy nervous system function and use your breath to promote overall health and wellness.
What does it mean to have a "functional" pelvic floor?
Today we know that Kegels are not the best way to support a healthy pelvic floor in pregnancy. The real key to a healthy pelvic floor is a functional system that can both relax and maintain tone when needed.
It's time to leave boring Kegels in the past and learn simple and fun practices that can help you achieve the dynamic response of relax and tone to improve the holistic function of your pelvic floor.
Improving function in your pelvic floor before birth may help:
Reduce postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction
Reduce the risk of tearing in birth
Shorten the duration of labor
Improve your confidence in your connection with your body
How can Prenatal Yoga & Breathwork help a functional pelvic floor?
Through Yoga, you can connect to your physical body through movement and breath, and get curious about how your body works and how you can optimize your movement to support pelvic floor function.
Breath is one of the best methods to engage your nervous system to relax and calm your mind and body and is also important for a healthy core and pelvic floor as the primary system to manage the intra-abdominal pressure of a growing baby.
